Terms of Use — DoEveryday

      The short version: DoEveryday is a habit tracker. Some features are unlocked with a paid subscription or a one-time purchase, billed through your Apple ID. You can cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store settings.
    

1 Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DoEveryday (the "App"), provided by DoEveryday. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 Subscriptions and purchases

DoEveryday offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchase, which unlock DoEveryday Pro features:

DoEveryday Pro (Monthly) — a 1-month auto-renewing subscription, US$4.99 / month.
DoEveryday Pro (Annual) — a 1-year auto-renewing subscription, US$29.99 / year, including a 7-day free trial.
DoEveryday Pro (Lifetime) — a one-time, non-renewing purchase, US$59.99.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the exact price for your region is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase. The Lifetime option is a single purchase and does not renew.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered (currently a 7-day trial on the Annual plan), any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase the subscription, where applicable.

Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

3 Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

4 Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking personal habits and goals, and not to misuse the App, disrupt its operation, or access it by unauthorized means.

5 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoEveryday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
